What’s Happening? Fall is rather a relief, after this long hot summer with terrible fires everywhere. As a gardener, it’s my second favorite season. It’s finally cool enough to transplant and put in things like bulbs. At the same time, I’m continuing to enjoy cherry tomatoes and zucchini squash from the vegetable patch.
What I’m Working On. It was sort of a mad dash to get The Grimhold Wolf ready to re-release next month, and then go over edits on The Eighth Order. Wolfsinger Publications will be releasing that one, although I don’t have a firm date yet.
What’s Next? With those projects handled, I’m getting started on revisions of my latest novel’s first draft. Among the edits? A title! I’m sure I’ll be blogging more about that as we go.
Where I’ll be. My next appearance will be at Just-A-Con, September 18-20, in Spokane WA. I’m going to be on panels, my books will be in the shop, and I have a fun board game to run there. I’ll also be at Page 42 books for their Spellbound Spokane event on September 26th.
Fun and Games. In addition to Animal Crossing, I’ve just started playing Planet Crafters, where I have to terraform planet before I’m allowed to leave. This is a game without a tutorial, and unfortunately I’m about to starve to death. That just means I get to start over with the knowledge from my first attempt. My next read will be Sea of Charms, third in the Spellshop series by Sarah Beth Durst.
Wishing you a relaxing fall, and may the weather treat you kindly!
Have you read one of my books? Then it would be great for you to leave a review! Meanwhile, if you’d like to learn more about me and my work, check out my blog, Wyrmflight, or follow me on Bluesky.
