What’s Happening? I’m doing yard work, for fun! Now that we’ve had sprinklers put in, the grass is growing again. I have to clear a couple of planting beds before the weeds take over. I’ll be taking down my vegetable garden as well, but that won’t be until the end of the month.
What I’m Working On. Real Life keeps happening, but I’ve started the revision process on The Mages Breed. The first chapter needs a lot of work. I’m doing that work, even if it’s just a couple of paragraphs at a time.
What’s Next? Wolfsinger Publications is finalizing the release of The Eighth Order! The book will come out on October 26th. Look for my advance order links as soon as I have them.
Where I’ll be. Fall Folk Festival is coming up in mid-November. It’s an annual event for me, and I’m looking forward to reading there again.
Fun and Games. In addition to Animal Crossing, I’m playing Planet Crafters, where I have to terraform planet before I’m allowed to leave. It’s been fun to see first moss appear, then trees, and now butterflies! My next read will be The Women of Wild Hill by Kirsten Miller. Paranormal tale of a witchy family, what could be better for the Hallowe’en season?
Wishing you colorful fall leaves, and a calm October.
Have you read one of my books? Then it would be great for you to leave a review! Meanwhile, if you’d like to learn more about me and my work, check out my blog, Wyrmflight, or follow me on Bluesky.
